Despicable. As families grieve, Trump should be leading, not lying. We put safety first, drove down close calls, grew Air Traffic Control, and had zero commercial airline crash fatalities out of millions of flights on our watch. President Trump now oversees the military and the FAA. One of his first acts was to fire and suspend some of the key personnel who helped keep our skies safe. Time for the President to show actual leadership and explain what he will do to prevent this from happening again.

On Memorial Day, we honor the fallen heroes who served and sacrificed for our freedom and for our future. We must never forget the price that was paid to protect our democracy.

Yéego Governor Stephen Roe Lewis and @GRIC_Official, making history!! Today, Gila River was the first community in the Western Hemisphere (and the second in the entire world!) to place solar panels over irrigation canals, producing renewable energy *while* conserving water!

The Arizona Supreme Court ruling allows an 1864 abortion ban to go into effect. There are no exceptions for rape and incest, and it threatens doctors and nurses with prison time. It does not have to be this way. Congress must restore the protections of Roe.

Arizonans will soon live under a more extreme abortion ban that fails to protect women when their health is at risk or in cases of rape or incest. It was first enacted in 1864. And it’s back because of Republican elected officials committed to ripping away women’s freedom.

Navajo Women take the Supreme Court! 🤍 We had the amazing experience to attend a reception and dinner at U.S. Supreme Court to welcome and acknowledge new federal judges, including my cousin/sister Sunshine Sykes, who was appointed by @POTUS to the federal bench last year. 👩🏽‍⚖️

@POTUS spoke about ushering in a new era of dignity and respect for tribal nations at the @WhiteHouse Tribal Nations Summit. 💙 So wonderful to see @RepDavids, @RepTeresaLF and @Rep_Stansbury supporting tribal nations!!

My week in DC is off to a great start - but it’s COLD and I miss my babies back home!!! Off to the White House!

Today we honor the memory of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. As a little girl growing up in Arizona, I was always proud that a woman from my state could do something so big. Thank you Justice O’Connor for inspiring me and so many others!! ❤️
