Dear @AmazonHelp @amazonIN Is it a mistake for customers to order groceries through your app? This is the second month in a row I’ve had this experience. We place our orders in good faith, yet we don't receive them. The delivery partner simply cancels the order on their own.

I ordered groceries through your app, and delivery was expected today. However, the delivery partner called and asked me to collect the order myself. I refused to do so. This evening, my order was summarily cancelled and a refund was issued.
