@McDonaldsUK hi, every time I try to scanmy rewards code at a drive thru or log into my account at a self service kiosk, it never works and says my code is invalid, I’ve missed out on so many reward points because of it. Is there any way to fix this?

@JohnLewisRetail hiya my parcel was marked as delivered on Monday , but the parcel shop says no parcel was delivered there and now on today there’s still no parcel been delivered?

@Evri_DeliveryUK why did I get an update to say my order was delivered to the parcel shop and then another later to say it actually wasn’t? And now today there was no reattempted redelivery? I’ve never experienced anything like this before

@ArgosHelpers hi, I have just tried to make an order twice now,but no confirmation of any orders and after being forwarded to PayPal to pay I just get sent straight back to checkout with the order not being sent through, however the payments are pending in my bank account

@bt_uk I’ve been charged for an Xbox game pass subscription that i never signed up for, even after getting into contact with you by DM and being told it was a mistake and that I won’t be charged for it. I don’t even own an Xbox!!

@bt_uk hi, I received an email telling me I have subscribed to the Xbox game pass ultimate. I DID NOT subscribe to anything and did not even know this service existed! I have cancelled the auto-renewal but now I’m worried I will be charged for something I never subscribed to!

@cardfactoryplc rung eltham store a few days ago to confirm if you fill helium balloons from outside of the store, to which they said yes. Get there today and they are refusing to do it due to head office rules. No helium canisters so no ballon’s for my daughters bday. Thanks!
