I'm going to just vent here. This is unfair for Senior Citizens. You can't expect Seniors who are not up to speed with technology nor want to learn it, to be forced to use it. You can't check in to the doctors office without your cell phone, can't get access to test results without your phone, can't shop at the grocery store for sales or deals without your phone, can't get tickets to events without your phone. Some bills can only be paid online. It's sickening and unfair and I can only imagine how stressful and isolated our Senior population feels. Do better, world. It is not about them needing to keep up, but allowing for a gentler and familiar options.
