The men who stay active are neglected. Used as free labor. Most don't have time for social activities, and other than a weekly meeting, there is little connection.

If LDS wards are not engaging men, it's almost certainly the fault of those men in charge. Aside from leadership, men should be engaging themselves in their LDS wards.

This will anger a lot of people but child support should be put on a card where both parents can track where the money is going and what the money is being spent on .

@rfinch03 @GoetingGoet @sage_stage It is at the discretion of the teachers, I guess. If the child is not in school, the teachers are aware so putting a zero as opposed to just absent which won't change the grade is kind of ridiculous.

@TrinaMo69357362 @sage_stage I have never used a grading system that allows some kind of grace grade. They all take numerals or excused, or similar. It either counts, or it doesn't. There is no holding pattern grade.

@GoetingGoet @sage_stage Who said anything about an artificial grade? I would prefer the actual grade they got on the quiz to be put into the gradebook instead of a zero. They can leave the grade blank and put absent but they refuse to do that. And all zeros will never give you the grade you desire.

@sage_stage My kids school is more like oh your absent and haven't taken the quiz yet?? You get a zero in the gradebook until the quiz is done. So I am looking at a grade that shouldn't be that low because instead of waiting, they got a zero.
