@KyleAsay_ I would worry too if this was current feedback: Leadership turnover Limited promotion opportunities Fast pace and changing priorities Sales quota attainment varies depending on segment and manager

3 months into my tenure at LaunchDarkly I told my boss, “I’m glad I’m here, but I’m not having fun yet.”  Org transformations aren’t fun. They are full of difficult conversations, challenging decisions, and lots of sleepless nights second-guessing everything you are doing.

I know medicine has concerns over the safety profile of anabolic compounds. But medicine also has concerns about frailty, sarcopenia, falls, metabolic dysfunction, and diabetes (with all of the downstream problems of hypertension, lipid issue, and CVD). We largely avoid directly intervening until disease hits. Which I do understand based on our training but also the standard of care guidelines driven management. When you show up with a diagnosis, it’s now easily actionable. It’s not like we don’t preach lifestyle: sleep, food, training. But the vast majority of you are NOT happy if you see the doctor and she tells you to sleep better, don’t eat like crap, and exercise and she’ll see you back in 6 months. You’d complain. There is a damned if you do and damned if you don’t. But where I think I see medicine (some) of it going is to heading off chronic disease at the pass, preventing or delaying it. Which brings me back to anabolics. A hugely valuable tool if you’re trying to get people stronger and more metabolically healthy. The easiest to use and dose is testosterone. Not only does it feed the training but it very literally makes you want to train (do hard things). More muscle provides strength going into old age to prevent things like falls. More muscle gives your body something to do with its insulin and nutrients that is different than “store as fat”. Which means improved insulin resistance and obesity. Which will further mean, less downstream diabetes and complications. Other anabolics need some thought but none are “dangerous” per se. These aren’t snakes. Horror stories about them in the medical literature are outlier cases. And this has in part driven the moral panic about anabolics. I don’t really care that much about anything that relates to pure aesthetics especially when we have zero issues (usually) with permanent changes to someone from cosmetic surgery. In the end you can out on muscle for both health and aesthetic reasons safely and I think medicine should be leading the way here not resisting and suspicious.

We just wrapped a massive Q2 at @WeAreLegora . We blew past our ARR goal and posted north of 50% QoQ growth for the second straight quarter this year. One rep closed more than $4M in new business. Eight reps closed more than $2M each. Average quota attainment across the team is the highest I've seen in my career. And we crossed 1,500 customers. But closing new business is the easy part to celebrate. What matters more is whether customers get real value and stay. So the number I'm proudest of: since we rolled out the Legora agentic OS a month ago, every usage metric has climbed. DAU/MAU, one of our core engagement measures, is 13 points higher for customers using the agent and well above 50% overall. The aOS is changing how legal work gets done, and the data backs it up. When retention and growth move together like this, you lean in. We've raised our full-year top-line forecast by nearly 30%. Buckling up for an epic second half. Thank you to the team and to our customers for betting on us.

Starting Wednesday I’m off work for 10 days. June marks end of FY where I’ll end at 120% on the year and $27m in revenue. Obviously I’ll still be checking in and moving things forward but it is nice to be able to take a bit of a refresh. Then end of July I head to Europe for 2 weeks. Q1 already looking strong!

Got my TRT labs back today - NP tells me that my cholesterol is “terrible” at 282…asked if I eat eggs and red meat… “I’m an American so yes” She could’ve cut me with that stare “And I’m not going to stop” She said “moving on” Might be time to find a new clinic

I rarely tweet personal stuff, but I hope sharing this medical update helps someone that watches. I’m good. I’ll be ok. Can’t wait to get a Tin Man tattoo to cover the scar.

Ranked: tech sales roles by income ceiling. SDR/BDR — $85K median OTE. Easiest to land. Most people start here and treat it like a destination. SMB/Commercial AE — $135K median OTE. The first step into closing. Good proving ground. AE (Mid-Market) — $180K median OTE. The sweet spot. Where most experienced reps live. Sales Engineer — $200K median OTE. The most overlooked path in tech sales. Technical background? You likely qualify and don't know it. Enterprise AE — $275K median OTE. Not a job. A sport. The ones who get here usually started at #1. The path everyone knows: SDR → AE → Enterprise AE. The path most people miss: sales/technical background → SE → $200K without ever carrying an SDR quota. Which one are you targeting? I’ve been on Tadalafil a little over 10 days and have yet to step in the gym (I’ve been resting bc of the tendinitis). Here’s my experience with it so far: - Endless cardio. I went to run club and felt SO good. Took it at the beginning of my TacFit comp and felt like I could go forever. - Sex for days. The way people were making it seem I was gonna have a boner on demand and get random hard-ons throughout the day. Not the case. But I will say it will make you go for roundsss when it’s go time. - The evidence is clear. I have been doing a significant amount of research on Tadalafil and the data is staggering. 34% reduction in all-cause mortality, 27% reduction of heart attack, 34% reduction in stroke and it also drops the risk of dementia significantly. So far I’ve really enjoyed my experience on it. Most know this but Tadalafil is essentially the generic form of Cialis and is rapidly growing in popularity. I personally can’t say enough good things about it!

Probably the biggest career limiting move I see is: - CMOs challenging CEO on Marketing Strategy - VP Sales challenging CEO on How to Sell You may be right. Bring up your objections, respectfully. Quietly do it your way as much as you can. And then … you gotta fall into line

How serious is the Resting Heart Rate increase Retatrutide has shown in the studies? Should future patients be concerned? Is there any cardiovascular risk? I think with all the talk on Reta, this is an important conversation to have 🤙🏻

Anyone here a banker or know a banker that can get me a small line of credit for my business?! Apparently the 200 banks/credit unions/online financial institutions/etc are a little locked up. And trust me, everything you’re about to mention to try and do has been tried lol. My biggest hits are a BK I had to do when my wife died 9 years ago and my DTI ratio due to being in business or 1099 the last 2 years. All I’ve been looking for was $10k to help ease the payroll/Income rubber band effect. Ok, rant over! I’ll keep pushing forward!

First day of TRT. Started low at 30MG and will be doing this 4x a week for the first couple of weeks, totaling 120mg a week. Chose to go SubQ. If after 6 weeks I see no noticeable improvements I will switch to IM. So far I have zero site reaction to the SubQ. No soreness, irritation or swelling. Opted into taking HCG along with it (though still waiting to take delivery of it). Excited for this journey to begin and share the results along the way!
