We laid Dad to rest today, 4 years after his dementia diagnosis. Such a terrible disease. We lost Dad slowly until he was only with us physically. RIP Dad. #DadChronicles

@GrantB204 Hi Grant, if none of the options apply to you once you've pressed 0 to speak to a customer service representative, let the menu play out three times and you will be placed in the queue to speak to a customer service rep.

@manitobahydro is there no way of speaking to a live rep? I press zero in the mess of a phone menu when prompted but get looped to another menu that doesn't give the option to actually talk to anyone! My issue is not among those listed in the menu.

@GrantB204 @BMO @RBC @Visa Weird because I get calls almost daily from BMO wanting to extend my credit limit… maybe they should talk to the people who need their help instead of harassing those who do not? Just a thought.

Hi there @BMO , I've been trying to reach you for over 2 weeks as a follow-up to YOUR call to me re: my MasterCard. Phone waits are 1.5 to 4 hours?? Phone app is broken and website won't recognize my card. This is ridiculous. I may test out my @RBC @Visa CS and move there.

@BMO Thank you for the reply. However one important issue is that as you transition from Gold Air Miles to World Elite card, online services aren't available until new card is received & the user reregisters. This is an inexcusable lapse in process causing significant frustration.

Hey @Wpg_BlueBombers we enjoyed the game today but you need to prioritize replays of big plays on your video screens before endless commercials and such. The replays are part of the game experience and their absence or timing today took it down a notch.

I see so many parallels between schools and personal care homes, with obvious exceptions like how in schools we get to see kids progress, but in the PCH staff see residents regress. My Dad came into the PCH gregarious, but now withdrawn,inactive, non-communicative. #DadChronicles
