Mastering The Art of Plausible Deniability by Greg Allen Published Jun 1, 2013 Solomon said there’s nothing new under the sun – He had a point – abuse of power isn’t anything really new. Americans are becoming outraged by the scandals surrounding the Obama administration, whether it’s the IRS targeting conservatives, the DOJ’s probe of AP reporters, or the Benghazi cover-up that left four Americans and our ambassador dead in its wake. The Obama campaign was successful in delaying any leak of the scandals until after his reelection, but the floodgates have now been flung open. Polls show that the American public has a less than 20% approval rating of Congress, don’t approve of the Obama administration’s policies, feel like America is overwhelmingly headed in the wrong direction, but Barack Obama’s personal approval ratings still hover around 50%. Radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh thinks he has the phenomena figured out.  He calls it “The Limbaugh Serum.” His theory is that Barack Obama is constantly campaigning, never seen as a leader, quite unaware of any scandalous deed going on within his administration, always battling those mystical forces suppressing the masses that he’s always trying to conquer, when in reality it’s his leadership that’s initiating such plights. To sports fans it’s the equivalent of the “Statue of Liberty” play in football or “An End Around.”  The opposing foe is unaware of what’s happening usually until it’s too late, but those initiating such deception can’t run the play successfully with repeated occurrence. I’ve come up with a theory as well – I call it “Mastering the Art of Plausible Deniability.” Plausible Deniability was a term coined by the CIA during the Kennedy administration to describe the withholding of information from senior officials in order to protect them from repercussions in the event that illegal or unpopular activities became public. The term often refers to the denial of blame in formal or informal chains of command, where senior figures assign responsibility to the lower ranks, and records of instructions given do not exist or are inaccessible, meaning independent confirmation of responsibility for the action is nearly impossible. In the case that illegal or otherwise disreputable and unpopular activities become public, high-ranking officials may deny any awareness of such act or any connection to the agents used to carry out such acts. The lack of evidence to the contrary makes the denial plausible and credible. In politics, deniability refers to the ability of a powerful player to avoid blowback by secretly arranging for an action to be taken on their behalf by a third party. Arguably, the key concept of plausible deniability is plausibility.  It is fairly easy for a government official to issue a blanket denial of an action, and it’s possible to destroy or cover up evidence after the fact.  However, the public might well disbelieve the denial, particularly if there is strong circumstantial evidence, or if the action is believed to be so unlikely that the only possible explanation is that the denial is false. Plausible denial involves the creation of power structures and chains of command loose and informal enough to be denied if necessary. The idea is that other bodies can be given controversial instructions by powerful figures – up to and including the President himself – but that the existence and true source of those instructions can be denied if necessary. The practice is an open door for abuse of authority; it requires that the parties in question can be said to have acted independently, which in the end is tantamount to giving them license to act independently. Using the technique is a shift of blame and if the claim fails, it seriously discredits the political figure.  However, if it succeeds it creates the impression the government isn’t in control. A case in point is the British Monarch King Henry II who once made a statement about the Archbishop of Canterbury, Thomas Becket, when he said: “Who will rid me of this meddlesome priest?” Becket was later murdered, but the King denied that his plea was to be taken seriously. I believe Barack Obama is either a “hands-off type” leader, disenfranchised with the responsibilities of the office, or he’s tried to cunningly “Master the art of plausible deniability” too often. JOB’S TOIL – (12/06) - Author Greg Allen Consider Job’s toil. Once rich, beset, then twice blessed. Our days are of similar circumstance. Count it joy or sorrow. It’s easy getting caught in the shuffle. Life is short and troubled. The plight isn’t master. The soul hungers to know someone cares.

On this day in history - May 25, 1994 The ashes of 71-year-old George Swanson was buried (according to Swanson’s request) in the driver’s seat of his 1984 white Corvette in Irwin, Pennsylvania. Swanson, a beer distributor and former U.S. Army sergeant during World War II, died the previous March 31 at the age of 71. He had reportedly been planning his automobile burial for some time, buying 12 burial plots at Brush Creek Cemetery, located 25 miles east of Pittsburgh, in order to ensure that his beloved Corvette would fit in his grave with him. After his death, however, the cemetery balked, amid concerns of vandalism and worries that other clients would be offended by the outlandish nature of the burial. They finally relented after weeks of negotiations, but insisted that the burial be private, and that the car be drained of fluids to protect the environment. “George wanted to go out in style, and, indeed, now he will,” commented Swanson’s lawyer in a report from The Associated Press. “We agree that this is rather elaborate, but really it’s no different than being buried in a diamond-studded or gold coffin.” According to the AP, Swanson’s widow, Caroline, transported her husband’s ashes to the cemetery on the seat of her own white 1993 Corvette. The ashes were then placed on the driver’s seat of his 10-year-old car, which had only 27,000 miles on the odometer. Inside the car, mourners also placed a lap quilt made by a group of women from Swanson’s church, a love note from his wife and an Engelbert Humperdinck tape in the cassette deck, with the song “Release Me” cued up and ready to play. The license plate read “HI-PAL,” which was Swanson’s go-to greeting when he didn’t remember a name. As 50 mourners looked on, a crane lowered the Corvette into a 7-by-7-by-16-foot hole. “George always said he lived a fabulous life, and he went out in a fabulous style,” Caroline Swanson said later. “You have a lot of people saying they want to take it with them. He took it with him.”

On the floor one could see the earth and the North American Continent in particular. Extremely dark clouds, like those of severe thunderstorms, were covering the entire United States. Out of the mist, which was God on His throne, appeared a hand that swiped the clouds away to the East and West Coasts. The clouds immediately tried to fill the void in the center with ferocious fury and what appeared to be boiling anger, but the effort was to no avail. Then out of God’s fingertips came concentrated beams of light that began to shine down on major cities all across the United States with intense illumination. When I asked God what this vision meant the answer was: “Corruption is being exposed on a level never seen before and the darkness cannot escape the light coming forth.” In the second vision there was a massively large field that covered thousands of square miles, yet there were no trees to be seen anywhere and the grass was manicured like that of a golf course. In the middle of the field were groups of lockers that looked like that which high school students use. The lockers were six or seven feet tall and were in groups that were separated a few yards from each other. Some of the groups had only two or three lockers in the group, others had five or six, some had 10 to 15, and a few had many more than that. Individuals, or it might be best to say entities, were trying to open those lockers but couldn’t. No matter how hard they tried to open them they could not. There were entities assigned to each group of lockers and those entities had large baskets of cash they were trying to hide under the lockers, between the lockers and on top of the lockers, but they just could not conceal the money. When they realized they couldn’t hide those large baskets of cash they left them on the ground beside the lockers and ran away. When I asked God what this particular vision meant the answer was: “The lockers represent states and the electoral votes that each has. There are people in those states, and regionally, who are trying to hide corrupt acts. They will not be able to hide their deeds or the bribes they have taken. The large field is the world gazing upon the frantic panic of those entities.” Just remember this: This is encouragement from God and that although all Hell may come against us it’s God who is in control! 🚨 BREAKING: Jay Swanson, a former state trooper who investigated child care fraud in Minnesota, provides damning testimony to the House fraud committee Scammers would "say they first heard about it while in the refugee camp in Kenya ... they had heard you could run the scam in a number of different states, but it was easiest and you could make the most money doing it in Minnesota." *The Corruption Jesus Christ Died to Expose...* Someone told me recently — “Do you know there’s something that happened in the temple that most people never fully explain?” I thought I knew the story. *Matthew 21:13 (NKJV)* *“And He said to them, ‘It is written, “My house shall be called a house of prayer,” but you have made it a “den of thieves "* Jesus walks in… flips tables… calls it a den of thieves… walks out. End of story. But wait—no. That’s surface-level thinking. That’s what we’ve all been told. The real thing? It goes deeper… much deeper. Den of thieves” wasn’t just about stealing—it pointed to a system… a hiding place where corruption was normalized under the cover of religion. That’s what He was confronting. You see Jerusalem was the center of everything. Every Jewish man—no matter where he lived—had to come. Egypt. Babylon. Greece. Didn’t matter. And when you came, you didn’t come empty. Two things were required: – Temple tax – Sacrifice Simple? Not really. The trap started at the gate… You couldn’t use Roman money. Why? It had Caesar’s image—considered idolatry. So what happens? You’re forced to exchange your money. And guess who’s waiting right there? Moneychangers. Charging fees. Every. Single. Time. You haven’t even started worship—and you’re already paying. Then comes the sacrifice… Maybe you carried your lamb from home. You kept it clean. Protected it. It mattered to you. But now? The priests inspect it. And suddenly—there’s a problem. A spot. A mark. Something “not right.” Rejected. Convenient, right? Because right there… temple vendors are selling approved animals. At their price. You’re tired. You’re far from home. And Passover won’t wait. So what do you do? You pay. You have no choice. So who was behind all this? The high priestly family. The house of Annas… with Caiaphas in office. This wasn’t random. This was a system. Controlled. Structured. Profitable. A religious monopoly. Every worshipper that stepped into Jerusalem? Passed through their hands. Then Jesus walks in… And He doesn’t ignore it. He doesn’t adjust to it. He doesn’t preach around it. He flips it. Tables flying. Money scattered. This wasn’t just “passion.” This was exposure. He shut down a system. A system that made money off people trying to meet God. Think about that. Now ask yourself— Why did they really want Him gone? Was it just doctrine? Just theology? No. He touched their money. He exposed their control. He disrupted their power. And men don’t tolerate that. The tension didn’t start at the cross. It started the moment He interfered with their system. From that point? It was no longer discussion. It became a decision. Jesus didn’t just cleanse a temple. He confronted corruption. He exposed manipulation. He revealed what happens when men use God… to build systems that serve themselves. And let’s be honest… Would He find anything different today? Or would He still be flipping tables? *To Be continued...* *Selah*

AUDIENCE – (9/06) - Greg Allen Imagine the end for a moment. An auditorium vast in expanse. Several thousand seats to be filled. A symbolic stage down front. It’s representative life and awaits. Many prepare their recitation in the wings. For the podium of account they must speak. Soon a horde boast of self-acclaim. The absence of faith is their shame. A dark curtain of finality the fate. Several then take a turn to brag of spiritual insight. Their description of self-glory resonates with disturbing echo. They gloat amidst the dim light to a crowd of one. Then the meek begin to file on stage. Their words are few, but the lights rise to reveal seats filled. It’s the Creator who has a hand on the spotlight. Those in the audience are now numerous souls. For they represent all one has touched. They’re the definition of heaven’s aim. The humble shall exit with reward bestowed.
