@kaznius @MensHumor Im exactly the same I worked those jobs and worked my way up the ladder. The difference is I see the other people that are around me and the difficult situations in their lives, and that job is their only way to survive. So yeah you not only lack perspective but also empathy.

I did have a rough life, I was poor, I never went to college. I am exactly that person you just described and now I’m doing great. I hasn’t struggled for money at all. Forcing them to struggle isn't the best solution. there needs to be systems in place to help those families not fall below the poverty line.

I've waited tables, made pizza, sold cars, tended bar, and fetched copies. Now I run my own business. No degree needed, and no one GAVE me any of it. I found my own path.

Maybe a 2nd job or a side hustle but the guarantee of that one job to put food on the table is a basic need 4 alot of ppl. Saying they shouldn't be able to afford food is a shit take

To think that some1 can just up and move into a higher paying job while paying rent, bills and family costs shows u dont see the world from any view but your own.
