@uk_dhl please can you help me? 60120224453957 was due to be collected on Friday. It wasn't. I've called the customer service number 3 days running to get an automated update "the parcel is due to be collected today". It hasn't been and I don't know what else to do

@benjaminbutter @TfL I travel to and from Waterloo weekly and every day I see (mainly) boys pushing through barriers or surfing behind someone else going through. I confronted one trying to come through on my ticket, an SWR employee just watched on as the boy got verbally aggressive

Little thug who just pushed through the barriers without paying. I am sick of asking @TfL staff to so much as *ask* them to pay. They never bother. Each and everyone should be publicly humiliated.

Hey @ElmbridgeBC, I just got taxed £1.80 for leaving my car on a bit of tarmac for seven minutes so I could drop of my dry cleaning and support a local business. Town Centre car parks need to be free for the first half hour, or the High Street will die. END.

@SW_Help this is ridiculous! The train to Weybridge right now has no openable windows and the air con is broken. The train is 30+ degrees inside and passengers struggling to deal with the temp, never mind the apologetic guard! This is not good enough!! 🥵🔥

@SW_Help excluding the extra wide gate there are 4 entry/exit barriers at Weybridge station, why in the evening peak when 99% of passenger flow is exiting are 2 set for entry and 2 for exit? Even worse this evening when one exit appears to be broken, causes huge bottleneck

@SW_Help when will you reinstate the fast, air conditioned trains (with toilets) 1803-1911hrs WAT-WYB you removed during Covid?.There aren't any air conditioned trains to Weybridge for 1hr 10mins in peak hour. It's unacceptable.
