@Lasya2021 @kmarkri Sir... don't be in notion that private banks are not in interior areas. Go to sub-divisions of Nagaland, Arunachal, Meghalaya, etc ..... you'll find an AXIS or HDFC Branch other than SBI and one or two PSBs.

As on 31/12/24 HDFC bank Total deposit. 25.63 lakh cr Total advance 25.42 lakh cr YOY deposits growth 15.8 pc YOY advance increased 3 pc which is deliberate to bring down CD ratio . This bank has added 3.49 lakh cr of deposits in one calendar year and 89 pc of which is term deposits. Total business 51 lakh cr . Very very strong performance on the liabilities side which is a challenge for most of the banks even banking system deposit growth is less than 12 pc .

@alashshukla Dear Sir, don't know whether you are aware or not ...... bankers are bogged with so many 'UNNECESSARY' compliances tasks apart from business development targets. Life is already hell. Why then to make big fuss over 2-3% extra TDS???

I am really in sad and shocked state these days. Bankers are very okay with Tax Perquisite Issue and hardly any banker is raising that issue. Yes unions are actively writing letters but when members wont be intrested there is no fight. Hum paise ke liye bhi ni ladte hai ab? 😢

@alashshukla @induchoodansree All the issues raised are no doubt extremely genuine. But unfortunately this LOP doesn't have that level of general intelligence and he'll simply link Adani-Ambani as the problem for such types of internal issues of individual banks.

Staff recruitment issue. Transfer policy due to which employees arent able to take promotions. Using transfers as weapon. In a short 2 min video how clearly it is in front of everyone what difficulties many bankers are going through. Well done @induchoodansree for this.
