Arizona ranchers scored a key win after @RepAndyBiggsAZ , @RepCiscomani , @RepEliCrane , and @RepGosar pushed the Interior Department to propose a new grazing rule aimed at giving ranchers more flexibility and relief from what they call outdated, burdensome regulations.
