Detection Full cross-departmental analysis to estimate the number of illegal migrants actually living in the UK. Use existing administrative data from across government (NHS, HMRC, DWP, DVLA, local councils) to identify those living here illegally. Appoint a new Illegal Immigration Commissioner to coordinate efforts and publish public estimates/updates. Launch a public whistleblowing platform for anonymous reporting of suspected illegal migrants. Hostile environment Deny access to services: housing, employment, NHS (except emergency care), and schools. Enforce existing rules on “right to rent” and “right to work” - and significantly raise fines for breaches. Brutally crack down on known industries harbouring illegal migrant workers - delivery drivers, car washes, vape shops, barbers and more. Audit public services for their role in enabling illegal residence. Prosecutions for those who aide illegal residence. Detain Expand immigration detention capacity tenfold, including use of modular and offshore sites if needed. Offshore tented camps for those who arrive. Introduce rapid triage detention for illegal migrants arrested in the UK. Increase legal tools to prevent delay tactics and abuse of the asylum system. No debate, no appeals, no tribunals. Deport Negotiate new bilateral removal deals with key source countries - use remittances, foreign aid and visas as leverage to ensure deportees are accepted. Streamline legal process to reduce appeals and enforce timely removals. Introduce fast-track appeals and presumptive deportation orders for those without documentation. Establish third-country scheme, unencumbered by the ECHR. Why not Rwanda? Deter Abolish the asylum system. Entirely. No more asylum seekers. Even the pretence of it. Gone. Finished. It has been abused for too long. A forensic analysis of those already granted refugee status since 2018. If they've arrived illegally, the assumption would have to be they are deported unless there is an exceptionally good reason. Navy in the Channel, send the Special Forces after the smugglers. Set an example, and do it very publicly. Leaflet drops in Calais camps. Tell them, in their language, if they come - they will NOT stay. Establish full UK sovereignty over deportation and detention. Achieving a programme of mass deportations of illegal migrants would, upon completion, save the UK £10bn annually. Total costs to implement a deportation programme would be between £40.9bn and £47.5bn over its lifetime. Once it's done, we're quids in. All makes perfect sense, doesn't it? I have just one question... What the hell are we waiting for?
