The retardation of the communist Left still amazes me: we are in 2026 and they STILL believe I shot black people. 🤡

@hungus14 @rittenhouse2a Karl, the AR never crossed state lines, this is one of the simplest, most basic facts of the trial. It’s also hilarious that you can’t comprehend someone driving 20 minutes to another state (where they work and their dad lives), yet probably support open borders.

@rittenhouse2a No. We just know you wanted to because you were recorded saying you wanted to a few days before you transported your weapon across a state line in furtherance of carrying out your wishes.

@rlbillescas @HalaAyala If it was about the law, why let it be voted on? It's not the law, it's about the outcome.

Virginia Supreme Court: “Sure, go ahead and vote.” Voters vote. Court: “Actually… never mind.” Same facts. Same record. Only thing new? The outcome. 🫠 Had nothing to do with the maps and everything to do with the results.

He's not alone, but this is the type stance which had me as a former supporter. Politicians can disappoint you. Massie has, Trump has. Heck most politicians have. I can get why Massie doesn't like Trump but he's got to understand you're voting for policy not people and chances are limited.. It seems to have clouded his judgement

@medneck @downrang3 @willchamberlain @EdGallrein Shocking that the only guy in congress not controlled by AIPAC and mindlessly assenting to fighting wars for Israel has some modicum of support from the Muslim community. Stretch your tiny brain to its fullest capacity Sue, I’m sure you can make some sort of connection.

@MichaelLan39597 @SonOfRagnaros @RoxysRumble @0hour1 Y’all want the only constitutional conservative in congress gone, replaced by a puppet who’s been pulling a sleepy joe the entire campaign just so you can have another Trump yes man? Enjoy continued Biden levels of spending, debt acceleration, and a raging deficit.

@SonOfRagnaros @RoxysRumble @0hour1 I want, MAGA want the president's agenda. Massie has voted nearly no on everything Trump wants. The nation voted for Trump's agenda, not a single congressman from a district and state Trump won by a ridiculous percentage.

Kind of, but depending on whether any of the arguments used touch on federal issues it could potentially be petitioned to the Supreme Court anyways. Or a separate case could be filed. Not sure exactly how they’d go about arguing it was a federal issue, but I’m sure they’d come up with something.

@HDX1873 @BoLoudon Ah okay, so basically this would never go to the Supreme Court because it’s up to VA to decide if it’s constitutional in VA or not. I think it will go through based on what I know about it. If it was on the ballot too late to be constitutional, seems like an easy thing.

As far as I know the VA Supreme Court hasn’t made a ruling, they’ve just allowed the ruling blocking certification to stand for the time being. But the procedural issues are the main argument in the lower court case, and the one pending in the VA Supreme Court. Which is substantially different than the arguments against the redistricting in Florida and Texas. Which is why nothing about this Virginia case would force SCOTUS to rule the same way in all three states. Which was my point to begin with, I hope you know that.

@Prodigy3211 @BoLoudon The case against Virginia is that the procedure used for the amendment in order to get the referendum on the ballot was unconstitutional and didn’t follow the correct processes. That’s significantly different than the cases against Texas and Florida.

@HDX1873 @BoLoudon It seems like they aren’t similar because VA had a referendum whereas both Texas and Florida come from the executive branch. So unless SCOTUS is going to ignore it, there’s no way it won’t pass.

@Prodigy3211 @BoLoudon They aren’t similar other than involving redistricting, there’s no reason they’d have to rule the same on all cases.

@BoLoudon So if this happens and it goes to the Supreme Court… then clearly the Supreme Court will have to allow VA or else it would undue the rulings for Texas and Florida.

Earlier this week, eight children were killed in @SpeakerJohnson’s hometown in a horrific act of gun violence. We reached out to him asking if we could discuss bipartisan action to protect women and kids across the country from domestic violence. He declined. Shreveport families deserve a leader willing, and wanting, to fight for their safety. It’s time to put politics aside and protect lives.

@IhavetogetoffX @CynicalPublius Yeah, he was such a strong supporter of the nazis that the Chief Rabbi of Rome converted to Catholicism after the war and took Pious’s given name as his baptismal name. Popes can obviously be good or bad, but this is a worn out and terrible example.

Every non-Catholic who thinks we Roman Catholics are bound by every word leaving the Pope’s mouth needs to Google “ex cathedra.” (Many Catholics also need to look it up.)
