What's really fucked about having a chronic health condition with no medication to alleviate the symptoms, is that I have to rely on "lifestyle changes" and supplements. Neither of which is covered by insurance. Which means if you're low income, you're fucked. Our system is shit.

My Level 1 autism was diagnosed after I retired. The diagnosis resulted in zero help or improvement in my life.
On the other had, five years of trauma therapy for complex trauma resulted in a huge amount of symptom relief and I highly recommend it.
