@virginmedia very worrying call to vm earlier renewing my package one guy said he can do it for £180 then spoke to someone else and he did it for £104 , be careful they do not try and rip you off. Currently paying £100. Should be the same no matter who you speak with

For my whole life Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II has always been there. In my childhood I can recall watching her wedding highlights on TV. I remember her as a beautiful young lady, to the much beloved grandmother of the nation. My deepest sympathies are with the Royal family.

RIP Queen Elizabeth I've just heard & am devastated we all knew end was near but to me our Queen was like a member of each of our family. I was lucky & blessed to meet her few times. She was the Matriarch Mother of our nation. My thoughts are with the Royal family sad sad day

@virginmedia Netflix is included in my package ,I upgraded to the premium package via virgin for an extra £5. I would like the £15.99 refunded as I followed what the virginmedia rep told me but she assured me my bank account would not be debited but it is on Monday £15.99, poor customer serv

@Hanjoeluk Was Netflix inclusive in your package or did you just have Netflix billed through us? We would need the team to raise an IT ticket so that the dedicated team can investigate this further. ~CS~

@virginmedia Hi need some help,I have a contract with you until sep23. Netflix is part of that contract. Yesterday my paymemt method changed to a debit card instead of virginmedia. Spoke with someone today and she just got me to enter my debit card detail. Seems wrong to me

@virginmedia I did call virgin direct twice and obviously the information I have been given is incorrect.

@Hanjoeluk We're aware of issues with some customers Netflix. Can you confirm whether you called us directly when you mentioned debit info was given? You don't need a separate Netflix account if you're billed through us. You'll need to cancel the account created through Netflix. ~CS~

@virginmedia When I spoke with Netflix the person I spoke with said that virgin media need to resent or reactivate the link to my virgin media set top box
