It’s a beautiful day for a nice drive to the land of potholes, Montreal QC. (Kids hockey tournament) While driving, I’ll be thinking about that Sens loss last night a little bit. I didn’t like that game at all. Weird energy around it, disjointed, bad body language from leaders, and ugly at times. But let’s face it, Carolina is a great hockey team too. Brindamour will come back today and talk about how he thinks Ottawa has a great team and that the series isn’t over. He’s not wrong, I guess? He won’t give the Sens fuel. TG will talk about not being out of it just yet, that Sanderson and Zub are day to day, and that they’ll have meetings to try and sort out the power play. Ultimately tho, it comes down to the players raising their games and being clutch in big moments. That’s it. Your goaltending and backend need to be steady, and your forwards have to score some big goals. Not just your top line guys. Who’s going to step up on Saturday?

In recent years I’ve probably been the biggest fan of Evan Bouchard. I’ve been saying for years that he’s an elite defenseman. He should definitely be among the finalists for the James Norris Memorial Trophy this year. However, I wouldn’t have any issue with Werenski winning it.

Realistically this is higher than 15% body fat. With muscle mass like this, you would have clean, visible ab lines at 15%. There’s the beginnings of abs, but they’re not clearly visible. I’d set the over/under at 17%.
