Well, not every story ends perfectly 😕 After almost 2 months, my Ugreen 300W charger finally got delivered. The product itself is great, but the wait was honestly useless and frustrating. Wintrack’s customer service is hopeless. They don’t know how to communicate or handle customers properly, and the worst part is they actually blocked me on X chat when I followed up. They keep blaming Indian customs and the government, but their own processes are clearly not in order. They make it feel like they’re doing customers a favour by delivering products. Even a push from @imYadav31 couldn’t move things , he tried his very best. Basic ecommerce rule is simple: stock first, then take orders. These guys do the opposite. They take bulk orders first and then place orders in China, which means massive delays. One more item from the same order hasn’t even arrived yet with zero updates. Order with caution. Be ready for 2 to 3 months delays if you go with them.
