# Ivana #

Since 2022, I’ve been building this space by onboarding others - a mission of convincing artists that engagement is just as vital as the art itself. Having more time for my own creative practice lately, I decided to finally take my own advice. The result? Being collected by an OG like @basileus_eth via the @objktcom event, organically and without prior connection. This is a proud moment for me, both as a mentor and an artist. Thank you, Basileus, for connecting with my work and with me in that way. I hope our paths continue to cross here. This is proof of concept: if a fraction of my effort yielded this, imagine the impact of a dedicated artist with consistent production. The space is still watching.

Your piece brought back a memory of a special moment in my life, when my own plant helped pull me out of a really difficult situation. Really glad this piece (and you 💚) are now part of my collection. And btw, I wasn't smoking it or consuming it in any other way, it was a sober mind, reality experience, and support from Nature.

Better late than never - a month after @NFCsummit, I'm finally writing this thread while putting together my report for @CultureMovesEU which funded my travel. Thank you @johnkarp for inviting me to see the pre-event setup, the summit itself, and the post-event wrap up. I've been thinking about organizing a similar event in Belgrade for a few years now. This was one more step in that direction.
