Economic and Social Council adopts a breakthrough resolution on the work of the UN Task Force on Non-communicable Diseases placing @un_ncd as key platform to tackle #NCDs and mental health and achieve broader #health-related Sustainable Development Goals. That includes access to #NCDs medicines, #digitalhealth and fostering partnerships and innovations. Together with the resolution @UNECOSOC approved an annual Task Force’s report by the @WHO Director-General @DrTedros ahead of the 2025 High-level meeting of the UN General Assembly on NCDs.
