@TaeSavesLives @patquirke Can confirm goldfish keep some of the green algae down, not all. However an unexpected result may be that the fecking fish multiply and you have to find homes for 30 odd goldfish when you run out of your own tanks to put them in🤦‍♀️ Big tanks best to avoid frost shock in winter

John Keane’s speech to the crowds gathered at Merrion Square today. “Today, after 79km, after over 100,000 steps, after several hundred stories, after many hundred blisters, the proudest boast is, I am a Macra member” @MacranaFeirme @farmersjournal

@breifneobrien1 You could have come and joined us and represented those sectors? Nothing is stopping you getting involved and bringing your perspective to meetings. Also if you read Macras position they do not specify dairy farming

@LFJIreland It’s not just dairy farmers, @MacranaFeirme is a rural youth and young farmers organisation, we speak for much more than just one sector of rural Ireland and the issues we are highlighting tonight show that

Macra members now 11km into the #StepsForOurFuture march to Gov buildings. Marching overnight 79km to raise rural issues, lack of housing/healthservice/public transport and policy that limits their ability to develop farms. #macranafeirme #rtenews

Macra is organising a “Steps for our Future” march next Tuesday & Wednesday (25th&26th April). We need as many members to come out and show their support for the reasons outlined in this post. #Macra #StepsForOurFuture

Any farming tweeps from around Enniscorthy that might be able to help? Apparently, there is a billboard on the roundabout that claims ‘animal agriculture is the number one cause of climate change’. I’d love a photo of it, if true?

@sprinkles785 Sexed semen all the way, January Angus calves are unreal too! The milk trolley with the mixer and pump on it is the way to go if there’s no auto feeder. Fluids every 6 hours for calves with crypto kept the vet away.
