BREAKING The wording of the caution given by Scottish police has been updated. "You do not have to say anything, but anything you do say will be noted and passed to the media where a kangaroo court will be convened in order to find you guilty."

Everything Joanna Cherry has said about Nicola Sturgeon has been headlined by BBC Scotland ... except this. The reason this has been airbrushed out is because it damages Cherry's credibility and that can't be allowed to happen because she's central to the BBC's smear campaign.

BritNat Breakfast has invited Alex Neil onto the show this morning. They say to discuss yesterday's Holyrood Indyref vote. It isn't. It's a setup to allow the known SNP malcontent to smear Nicola Sturgeon. BBC Scotland knows he retweeted this. Lucy Whyte will introduce Murrell into the interview.

You lose credibility as an objective commentator when you start arguing that Nicola Sturgeon wasn't cleared by Police Scotland. Joanna Cherry: "She wasn't cleared of any wrongdoing, she just wasn't prosecuted." Dear oh dear.

The SNP must do the right thing and offer compensation to their members whose money was stolen by Peter Murrell.

The original concerns about SNP finances weren't that people thought Murrell was embezzling hundreds of thousands for his own personal use, it was that £600,000 raised for an Indyref had been used to pay for an election campaign. The claim made by Joanna Cherry that Murrell could have been "nipped in the bud" is risible given he'd been at it since 2010 under Salmond. Moreover, expert auditors never noticed plus it took specialist forensic accountants five years to uncover his deceit. Embezzlement is not unusual and can be difficult to spot as was the case for Scottish Labour in 2004.

Guess who has now turned up on the BBC demanding an independent inquiry into the Murrell scandal. Michelle Thomson. We warned last year about Thomson. She and Cherry will no doubt be joined by the other known malcontents in the days and weeks to come as they join the BBC in its anti-Sturgeon smear campaign.

The usual Brit nats in the Scottish Parliament will reject this call: x.com/ScotlandTh8295… They will continue the betrayal of Scotland's right to determine its own future as will the Labour @GOVUK. We must prepare plans to resist their rejection with peaceful resistance.

On Tuesday evening this motion will be passed by the Scottish Parliament. The Labour @GOVUK will no doubt take its time in considering a Section 30 order (usual contempt for Scotland) then reject it. We must be ready for that rejection & prepare to resist it.
