Politico EU: Moscow proposed a quid pro quo to the U.S. under which the Kremlin would stop sharing intelligence information with Iran, such as the precise coordinates of U.S. military assets in the Middle East, if Washington ceased supplying Ukraine with intel about Russia. Two people familiar with the U.S.-Russia negotiations said that such a proposal was made by Russian envoy Kirill Dmitriev to Trump administration envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner during their meeting last week in Miami.

Le sustituye a Padrino, Gustavo González López, no tiene cargos penales abiertos (todavía) en EEUU. Pero es más criminal que el propio Padrino López. Es el responsable directo del asesinato de Fernando Albán. En 2013 fue designado como director general de contrainteligencia militar. En 2014 fue nombrado jefe del Servicio Bolivariano de Inteligencia Nacional (SEBIN). En 2015 fue sancionado por Estados Unidos. En 2018 fue removido del cargo tras el asesinato del concejal Fernando Albán bajo custodia del SEBIN. En 2021 es reincorporado como jefe del SEBIN por el régimen de Nicolás Maduro. En efecto, otro vulgar asesino más.
