@binding_broken I emailed you the other day but haven't had a reply yet, I received a new bank card and tried to update it online but I just ended up deleting the old one and I couldn't see where to add the new one, so now I'm worried about my subscription renewal 😬

@binding_broken I've just sent another email, when I log in to my account it says I cancelled on July 27th, but I only wanted to update my payment details! Help! 😭

@NatWest_Help Hi :) Wondering if you could help. I booked a trip with National Holidays but they issued me a credit note as my original trip was cancelled before they went into administration. Do I apply for a refund from you? It was paid on my debit card. Thanks.

@easyJet I'm flying out with you tomorrow to Portugal on a Thomas Cook package holiday. I've checked in online and have boarding passes printed. Will our flight home the following Sunday be guaranteed if they collapse while we're away?

@ThomasCookCares due to fly out to Portugal on a Thomas Cook package holiday this Sunday and reading the news I'm slightly concerned. Could someone get back to me about it please.

@Eurostar I filled in a compensation claim on Thursday after being delayed 130 minutes. I was told I'd recieve voucher by email but it hasn't arrived yet. My partners has.

@LNER I have tickets booked on the 13.30 from Kings Cross to Durham, but I'm stuck on @EurostarUK in Paris, delayed almost two hours so it doesn't look like we'll make it. Can I change tickets or do I need to buy new ones? Thanks.

@NatWest_Help are you still in the process of sending out replacement cards for people who have used Ticketmaster? My credit card vanished from my app on Saturday and by the looks of other tweets I'm guessing this is why?
