It's been more than a month my client : @sneha098765 is suffering from finances due to her illness, despite multiple reminders, emails where @IndiGo6E Airlines acted immediately within 12 hrs - my whole due respect on behalf of entire #India, this fit for nothing - always #crashing #faulty airlines in entire #world - @airindia is not even bothering to respond to the passenger and clearing the issue! Now this will be a global issue of service, safety, support, customer rights.! Disgusting airlines playing with my #bharat and people of this nation! I won't leave you @campbellwilson - Be ready to be kicked out of #India! Will protest very aggressively to throw out this @airindia , i have multiple complaints across Bharat against #AirIndia! And am bringing all them to #SupremeCourt with evidance and loss created to many Lifes of my #bharatiyans, for which you have to face the consequences on earth & in hell! @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia - worst experience of travelling in #IndianRailways these days! One after one incident and veru rude support team @RailwaySeva , even making the experience #disaster. We book a train as you see in the image below, where the arrangement of seat 83 is showing window, but the actual seat in the train is different, how is this possible? Can a #TicketCollector or any responsible railway representative can come here & justify us? Or we will consider this as a cheating & file a @consaff @consaffcircle @consaffairs4you @rtiindia You need to check these! When a #train ticket is reserved and by some unforeseen situation, we miss the train, the so called very arrogant & irresponsible, rude @RailwaySeva never refund us back! Then what about strict standards here? @NaMo4PM - is this how #India becomes #ViksitBharat? Hahaha funny! ๐Ÿคฃ

@GMSRailway ,@RailwaySeva , @RailMinIndia - Here at CBE railway station theres something called : AC waiting hall, where the AC is in the name itself but nothing is working, literally outside the hall it's cool but inside the hall is sweating like anything! And the lady over here at the reception is so careless & disrespectful towards everyone! This is not the kind of hospitality we expect at #IndianRailways. #waitingHall #worst #complaint @jagograhakjago @rtiindia - despite paying 25Rs / hr, and having this kind of service is a total bull shit! I need someone to take right action immediately. @RPF_INDIA

The issue is not about offboarding, it's about the sickness of the passenger, she had admitted in hospital and she submitted the medical certificate provided by the hospital, due to which she couldn't travel in the respective flight! Hence she raised request for refund, and submitted the document! It's been 2 weeks, you guys didn't understand the request at first place, how poor is this to see all #Uneducated #unprofessional #illiterate #idiots are working at @airindia - we will not leave you guys. Get ready, we will file the suite today and then will talk to you! @MoCA_GoI @rtiindia @RamMNK - the issue & request itself is not understood by the so called @airindia fit for nothing airlines team! Then what services they provide for the citizens of #bharat! This is not going to help in any way, i request humbly to dispose this @airindia airlines from #India ๐Ÿ™ @_MukeshAmbani @Anatambani_001 - Bhai, please aap #airlines chalu karo, we don't want these reckless, idiot airlines line @airindia @AirIndiaX operate in India & make #India more worst. Hello boss, whoever is typing this message, you should have some courtesy first point, second when hospital itself haven't provided, you want us to generate a new printed one and give it to? Just for this purpose, how foolish is this, what hospital provides is what we shared! If you are blind and dumb in verifying that, how would that be our issue! While @IndiGo6E did it very smooth within 30 mins, if they can do it, why you cannot do it? This shows the capability of @airindia - nor service, nor behaviour, nor support, literally you are fit for nothing! A TOTAL BULLSHIT. I'LL NOT STOP NOW! @rtiindia it's time now, @jagograhakjago - i wanted to consider this entire conversation which is going on since 2 weeks in circles by this so called useless airlines @airindia very seriously! Because of their capabilities, why a passenger had to suffer, on top of this, the passenger had shared a tendency to #suicide & if that's going to happen, this @airindia staff and the company should be responsible for the death! And we are not going to leave this airlines run their flights in #India anymore! PS: If this shouldn't go very serious, then @airindia should feel ashamed first of all of their incapabilities and admit their staff on some mental capacity so they get well soon! And then have some commonsense in dealing sensitive situations like this. #worst customer experience, @AirIndiaX this morning at @BLRAirport Terminal 2, at the Checkin counter! Nor the customer support staff have knowledge, nor the #manager! No.1 Ugly customer experience by #Manager. At counter D28 this morning around 7 am. I was in queue for more than 45minutes, where the staff was sleepy, relaxed, careless in doing checkin, on top of that this so called untrained, unprofessional #Manager behaviour and the conduct is so bad, it totally disheartened me! @RamMNK @MoCA_GoI - you must take action against these kind of instances & the people involve in it! The biggest #trait of a customer service team is to have patience & respect towards the passengers which we can see only @IndiGo6E does it very well! This @airindia & @AirIndiaX - doesn't deserve to be in #Bharat ๐Ÿ™ @RamMNK throw these service providers away! Then only @narendramodi 's @NaMo4PM #ViksitBharat will happen. PS: I want this thread to be considered as an official complaint against this rogue ( Manager of @AirIndiaX enagged with a big quarrel this morning, disrespecting passengers & ugly code of conduct. I'll await for the response, it that's not going to happen, I'll file a suite on @AirIndiaX & the staff in #LabourCourt, @jagograhakjago , @UNHumanRights , @rtiindia - please consider these cases seriously and help innocent & respectfully passengers don't have to face partiality and this unprecedented, Disheartening behaviour of the staff of especially @airindia & @AirIndiaX ๐Ÿ™ I'm waiting for immediate action!
