Ronald Keith Davis, a 37-year-old Pennsylvania police officer, forcefully took his girlfriend to a mental health institution after she tried to break up with him.
The married cop with children held the woman in a “wrestling-style hold” before having her arrested. In a recorded video, the woman could be heard shouting “I can’t breathe,” but he didn’t release his grip.
