While I appreciate your investigation into the matter of my mobility accommodation (or lack thereof), please note that my complaint extended to much more. I understand that aircraft configurations can and do change as planes are swapped-out for maintenance or other reasons. However, to discover that such swap had occurred only after cash-paying customers had started to board is inexcusable. That error, and the resultant delay of nearly six hours, was a terrible, inexcusable experience for the approximately 300 passengers booked on that aircraft. In addition to investigating the specifics of my individual accommodation, please investigate and explain how you will make whole those 300 innocent people from the results of such incompetence.
