@bbc5live - in many respects it’s not about a leasehold it’s about not being ripped off, no regulation, poor service. Sharing of costs and paying for a service is fine but for people like Remus to see it as a money printing shop.

@bbc5live Leasehold and service charges are a nightmare. We haven’t had accounts for years. Poor service. Rising prices. We’ve had the renters reform bill. We now need a leasehold and service charge reform bill. Happy to discuss more.
