Just to let you know i just received a call from Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. They said they are compensating people a small amount for the trouble last year. He quoted me 9000SAR. You may recieve calls from an American number.

#paidbutfailed I encourage anyone looking into Hajj this year to ask what financial protection is in place for pilgrims. Alhumdullilah we are blessed with a higher level of disposable income in the West and as such are charged more than the rest of the world. 1/4

I contacted Motawif with my ID on Line and an agent confirm this news they will refund all the hajjis from last year because Motawif did a bad work!

@cbhuk @MoHU_En @Mohu_INTL received call from +1 (405) 347-3208 claiming to be from ministry of hajj and advising that they will refund part of the hajj package from 2022 looks like @Motawif_SA have shared our details including card numbers with scammers.
