I live in south Florida and Miami does not belong on that list. People are always confused with Miami Beach which is its own city. Things do to are always outside Miami. Only thing Miami has going is Bayside. I was looking for a city you dont have on that list and Houston comes to mind. Houston's downtown area beats Miami's hands down. So does Nashville's Broadway. Having been to most of the cities you listed I think NYC is the only city which belongs in the S category just because of Manhattan and the variety of entertainment and hospitality in a walkable or via public transportation reachable area.
