According to Ashleigh Bondoc’s LinkedIn profile, she worked as a Public Interest Intern for the American Bar Association Commission on Immigration. During this time, Ashleigh worked to help illegal aliens by doing the following legal jobs in her position: — Provided legal assistance to detainees in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities across the nation through a phone hotline service, communicating in both English and Spanish — Prepared portfolios containing legal assistance information for ICE detainees to assist in resolving their immigration cases, ranging from asylum claims to vacating criminal charges — Evaluated detainee concerns to draft formal complaints forwarded to ICE In early April, President Trump nominated Woodward to be associate attorney general. Woodward is the person who hired Ashleigh Bondoc. How does the Trump administration expect to carry out mass deportations when they are hiring illegal alien advocates to work at the DOJ and the Executive Office of the President? 🚨Act Blue reportedly LIED to Congress about vetting foreign donations. Per the New York Times: Foreign donors “who paid through third-party apps like Apple Pay, PayPal or Venmo were not asked for passport information.” As the NYT notes: “Federal election law prohibits foreign citizens or people who are not permanent residents from donating directly to federal candidates or political action committees. Lying to or obstructing Congress is a crime.”

Colorado is now requiring lawyers in the State, as a condition of logging into its court e-filing system, to promise not to cooperate with federal authorities in enforcing federal immigration law. Please understand: - I do not practice immigration law. - I do not practice criminal law. - Nothing about my civil practice has anything to do with this. And yet because I cannot log into the State's official e-filing system without saluting The Resistance, I now cannot represent my clients, file lawsuits, access cases, file documents in existing cases, etc. If I click "Decline," it kicks me out of the system. I must click "Accept" to access the system and continue representing my civil clients -- again, in cases that have absolutely nothing to do with immigration law or policy. I've read SB 25-276 (the law referred to below). It does not regulate me as a private attorney or any of the clients I represent in civil matters. This is outrageous draconian overreach. I have ethical obligations to my clients to represent them competently. My existing cases have running deadlines that I must attend to. Judges issue orders in my cases that I must follow. If I don't click "Accept" in order to access the State's e-filing system, I will harm my clients, torpedo my practice, and probably commit malpractice. So, I have no choice. I'm clicking "Accept" under protest.

I was there and lived through this...because of high level intelligence operations (one of which I was running) we had learned that the North Koreans had at least 4 viable nuclear warheads in the early 90s- and instead of taking action to stop further building of bombs, the @BillClinton admin pretended to not know (I know for a fact Clinton knew since I was outside the briefing room when he was told) and allowed North Korea to proceed and expand it's nuclear weapon production... @realDonaldTrump decided we could not pretend to not know and allow Iran to obtain nuclear weapons - weapons I do believe they, Iran, would have used...

BREAKING: Following my report and follow up with the US State Department in which I exposed the fact that Qasem Soleimani’s Niece Hamideh Soleimani Afshar has been living in the United States (Los Angeles, California) where she posts pro-Iranian regime and pro-IRGC content on her social media while she lives a life of luxury, the US State Department and @SecRubio have just revoked her green card and she has been picked up by ICE. She has been arrested and will be deported back to Iran! According to the official @StateDept press release, “Last night, the niece and grand niece of deceased Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Major General Qasem Soleimani were arrested by federal agents following Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s termination of their lawful permanent resident (LPR) status. Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter are now in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. As identified by both press reporting and her own social media commentary, Soleimani Afshar is an outspoken supporter of the totalitarian, terrorist regime in Iran. In addition to the termination of Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter’s LPR status, Afshar’s husband has also been barred from entering the United States.” Over the last few months, I have quietly been documenting all of Hamideh Soleimani Afshar’s social media activity. Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States. Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the "Great Satan." This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States. The Trump Administration will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes.

Former CIA officer John Kiriakou pled guilty to repeatedly and unlawfully leaking the identities and classified operational roles of covert CIA officers to journalists. The leaked identities reached the defense teams of terrorist detainees at Guantanamo Bay, who used them to secretly photograph a covert CIA officer and show those photographs to high-value terrorist detainees. Seized emails later revealed he had disclosed information on dozens of CIA officers — far beyond what he was formally charged with. He was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison. Following his release, Kiriakou worked for Radio Sputnik and contributed to RT, both of which are part of the Russian state media apparatus. None of this matters to @MarioNawfal, of course, because it would interfere with his agenda of platforming anti-Israel and anti-American propaganda.
