Side note: I know this is an absolute clusterfuck of a way to handle a situation. Obviously. And I know this was murder. But hear me out. Dude DID make a police report. He was carjacked AT GUNPOINT. He found his car at a gas station WITH the person who put a gun to his head. He KNOWS he’s armed and dangerous. The 15 year old juvenile (as well as his passenger) both died at the scene. Noah Jones (20), DeAndre Wilbourn (24), Deonn Wilbourn (28), and Christopher Burkes (20) were charged with 2 counts of First Degree Murder.
