@status_is_down Ive been without their shitty service since 2pm yesterday. Both internal & TV doesn’t work. Im forced to use my cellular data and I expect them to compensate me once this is fixed. My bills are almost $200/month so this is unacceptable. Was out Fri & Sat too.

@Hunny_diva I can confirm that the PIN is not visible to the agent. What likely occurred is that there was a separate security question setup, which could have been done so with a PIN answer instead of a traditional security question. -Eric
