@status_is_down Ive been without their shitty service since 2pm yesterday. Both internal & TV doesn’t work.
Im forced to use my cellular data and I expect them to compensate me once this is fixed.
My bills are almost $200/month so this is unacceptable.

@GlobalBC Alot of the old timer’s whose job was to fix mechanical issues have been retiring and it’s up to the less tenured to fix these issues, with less experience & knowledge.

@Hunny_diva I can confirm that the PIN is not visible to the agent. What likely occurred is that there was a separate security question setup, which could have been done so with a PIN answer instead of a traditional security question. -Eric

Please stop using under trained foreigner technicians who don't know the first thing about what they're doing. It looks bad for your brand, and it only frustrates customers.
