@Hyatt I have a reservation at a hyatt place in Denver starting tomorrow. I know it's to late to cancel without fee but I wanted to see if I could switch to another hyatt in the Denver area

@LGUSSupport the control board of our dw died after 10 months. We have been trying for 2 months to get it resolved correctly. A tech came on March 7 to repair and didn't do it correctly so it leaks. We have called and called!! It's been 2 months since it happened!!

@Safeway we had a very bad customer experience with your pickup service. Among other things about 20 items were not included that we were charged for. I've already spoken to the store mgr but it was not satisfactory and id like to write/speak to someone at corporate

@SouthwestAir I'm in a flight tomorrow for which I purchased early bird check. Although I see that status on my reservation I don't see any indication that I have checked in or been assigned seat. It's only 26 hours to departure.

@brlynch @Frigidaire I finally got through to the @Lowes store appliance manager who agreed to just refund my money so we can buy a new washer/dryer. I'll believe it when I see the refund.

@Frigidaire what does it take to get customer service with you? I have never had such a bad experience as I have with you and @Lowes . Every time I call the wait is at least 30 minutes, I've been hung up on, I've had the call not be picked up.

On hold you agreed to replace. The old unit was picked up on June 3 by @Lowes and they're has been no info about a new unit. At this point I.want my money back and you and lowers can figure out how that is going to happen.

@Lowes, how can you be a major nationwide retailer and have a repair dept that just gives you a message that there are too many calls right now and hangs up ? I bought a W/D in December and within 4 months I have had 4 service calls for the same basic issue and it is not fixed.

@ftdflowers I got a hold of someone on Friday by calling for new order and having them transfer me. I spent probably 25 minutes trying to communicate my issue. They said a new delivery would be made today and the sender would receive an email. That never happened.
