The @LTB ruling today is a blow for renters and the health of our long-term rental market. Investor-landlords will take greater advantage of lax city and provincial short-term rental laws. The loopholes need to be closed.

This afternoon, I stood with Ning her community & @Fairbnbcanada outside the home she & her family were evicted from this past weekend. Ning’s case is fast becoming ground zero in the battle between investor-landlords who want to flout the law & renters who want to find a home.
