@badeyePB @SquidgeRugby It was a victory snatched from the jaws of defeat; their 1st home victory in over 2 years; a victory that has secured them better standings for the RWC; during a tumultuous time with their clubs; after being berated in the media and by their own fans. Allow them to celebrate.

@TheRugbyPaper Scrums shouldn't be such a pivotal part of the game; they're only meant to be ways of restarting. Free kicks only from scrum infringements would speed up the game and wouldn't punish a team for having a weaker prop.

@willvernon @SquidgeRugby Which team outside of Wales do you think he'd be a regular starter at 10 for? Would he want to move his life there? Will he and Wales be better off, or worse off, having him with the squad 3-5 weeks fewer than Welsh based players every Six Nations and every autumn?

@SquidgeRugby Let’s get rid of the cap rule and get him to a half decent club with great players and great coaches.

The WRU, somewhere: This Dan Edwards seems pretty good. Let's cut his club, deny the opportunity for players like him to get the time in the saddle to develop in future, and to reward him by not making that decision for six months so he can truly celebrate with some uncertainty

@Gav_S_Harper "Somewhere" being the entire statement here. T.N.T. is a common rugby mantra. It Takes No Talent to get up off the floor quickly, to drive through contact, to get back in defence, to chase a kick, to communicate, to have the right attitude, to be physical and energetic etc.

"Cummings was excellent at all the stuff that takes no talent", says Dan Biggar There's a compliment in there somewhere I think

@richmc4478 @Gav_S_Harper It literally is a positive. TNT (takes no talent) is a common mantra. Things like getting up off the floor quickly after making a tackle. Chasing a kick. Getting back into the D line. Scrambling back. Communicating. Work rate and attitude "takes no talent".

@eurobluebird @PaulMathUn @JeremyVineOn5 Where were you working and using the Welsh language? Presumably in Wales. That's fine if your intention is to stay in Wales but it's not going to help you in the wider world is it?

Should schools in Wales teach all lessons in Welsh? A council wants all classes for its youngest pupils and the vast majority for older ones to be taught in Welsh, rather than English. Councillors have been called 'zealots', but some want to go further. Where do you stand?

@RugbyInsideLine "Brawn" by Brains was a very clever way of getting around the alcohol sponsor ban for France v Wales in 2005. They won the game, too! Worked on many levels 👏🏼

🇿🇦 The Springboks are getting a new shirt sponsor, with MTN leaving. What's the most iconic shirt sponsor of all time? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Famous Grouse for Scotland? 🌹 O2 for England? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Brains for Wales?

@cymrojones @ifanmj It's more than that, unfortunately. The pathways would be very unevenly distributed. One region would have 15+ or so clubs while another would have 300+. Look at the difference between north v south.

Though Mr Reed has seemingly dedicated significant energy opposing the 20mph limit in Wales, his opposition doesn’t seem to transfer to his home town. He posed for this picture where he proudly announced he had arranged an “extension of the 20mph zone”.
