RELOCATION IN CAMP ON HEALTH GROUNDS FOR BATCH B STREAM I WILL SOON COMMENCE There will be three relocation options available once the portal is activated: Marital, Insecurity, and Health Grounds. The most commonly used option is relocation on health grounds. If you intend to apply under this category, ensure you obtain a valid medical report from a government hospital. Make sure the medical report is genuine and physically signed by the attending doctor, as unsigned or falsified documents may lead to the rejection of your application.

HOW TO USE MEDICAL REPORT Medical report is not part of documents for camp registration. Don’t submit it during registration. it’s used for special purposes. Here’s how to use it, For Camp Exeat: After completing your camp registration, you meet your platoon officer that you want to apply for exeat explaining why, the will be given the exeat letter which you will filled and submit alongside your medical report. For Relocation: the relocation portal is usually open around second week in camp. So ensure you keep your medical report well. You will be asked to upload the report on NYSC portal to apply for relocation. Ensure to wait for instructions from your camp directors before you apply.
