आप सबको पता है कि अब बिहार राज्य की सभी सरकारी सेवाओं/ संवर्गों के सभी स्तर के एवं सभी प्रकार के पदों पर सीधी नियुक्तियों में सिर्फ बिहार राज्य की मूल निवासी महिला अभ्यर्थियों को ही 35 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण अनुमान्य करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। वर्तमान में 1 लाख 51 हजार 579 रिक्तियों के विरूद्ध नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया चल रही है। विभिन्न चरणों में होने वाली इन नियुक्तियों में भी बिहार राज्य की मूल निवासी महिला अभ्यर्थियों को ही 35 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण का लाभ अनुमान्य होगा। साथ ही संविदा या आउटसोर्स पर होने वाली नियुक्तियों में भी बिहार राज्य की मूल निवासी महिला अभ्यर्थियों को ही इसका लाभ मिलेगा। सभी विभागों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि जहां-जहां रिक्तियां उपलब्ध हैं, उन सभी रिक्तियों को भरने की कार्रवाई शीघ्र की जाए ताकि युवाओं को इसका लाभ मिल सके। हमलोग राज्य में महिला सशक्तीकरण एवं समाज में महिलाओं की सक्रिय एवं सकारात्मक सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करने के प्रति संकल्पित हैं।
