Instead of taking accountability, the riders immediately become aggressive, confronting the driver despite the clear traffic violation. भोरच्या घटनेतल्या नराधम आरोपीचे नाव ’भीमराव कांबळे’ असल्यामुळे शाफुआंच्या पुरोगामी वगैरे महाराष्ट्रात त्याचा एन्काऊंटर वगैरे काहीही होणार नाही, उलट काही महिन्यांच्या तुरुंगवासानंतर महान भारतीय न्यायव्यवस्थेच्या आणि आपल्या ग्रेट संविधानाच्या कृपेने तो जामिनावर सुटून येईल आणि पुढचा बळी शोधायला लागेल. कटू बोलतेय, पण सत्य आहे. हा जो आरोपी आहे तो म्हणे ह्या आधी ह्याच प्रकारच्या गुन्ह्यात दोन वेळा पकडला गेला होता, तरीही त्याला जामीन मिळाला, जो कोणीतरी दिला. त्या चार वर्षांच्या लेकराला अश्या वेदना देताना, दगडाने ठेचून तिची हत्या करताना त्याला काहीही वाटलं नाही. अश्या नराधमाला का ठेवायचं तुरुंगात करदात्याच्या पैशावर जिवंत? त्याला खरं तर जमावाच्याच ताब्यात द्यायला पाहिजे पोलिसांनी. अर्थातच तसं होणार नाही. महाराष्ट्राचे पोलीस दोन निष्पाप हिंदू साधूंना खुनी जमावाच्या ताब्यात देऊ शकतात पण भीमराव कांबळीला मात्र पोलीस संरक्षणात न्यायालयात आणले जाईल. तो मानसिक रुग्ण आहे, त्याच्या विकृतीला तो जबाबदार नाही असे युक्तिवाद केले जातील, आणि काही महिन्यांनी तो जामिनावर सुटून परत मोकाट फिरू लागेल. संताप, हतबलता, उद्वेग ह्या भावनांनी फुटून जाण्याशिवाय आपल्या हातात काहीही नाही. हे लिहीतानासुद्धा माझा संताप संताप होतोय. So @CMOMaharashtra @Dev_Fadnavis and DyCM @SunetraA_Pawar say they will demand the death penalty for the r@pist Bhimaji Kamble in the Nasrapur case by constituting fast track courts. But wasn’t it this very thick-headed, corrupt, shameless judiciary that released Kamble on bail after his arrest? Also, even if fast-track proceedings work and a lower court awards death penalty to Kambli within a year, even then it will never be carried out. High Court, Supreme Court appeals will eat up another ten years. After that, human rights activists will file mercy petitions, then the matter will go to the President. In all of this, at least twenty years will pass easily. Let’s look at the data, in the last 15 years (2011–2026), India executed a total of only six people on three separate occasions — Kasab, Afzal Guru and Yakub Memon were Islamic terrorists, while the Nirbhaya convicts were hanged together in 2020. The Nirbhaya r@pe took place in December 2012; the hanging was carried out in 2020, a full eight years later. And that too after fast-track courts and all the rest of it. Today, approximately 564 prisoners across the country are awaiting execution. Since 2020, not a single person has been hanged. A worthy elder brother to this vile Kamble is Nagpur’s Vasant Sampat Dupare, who has been enjoying government hospitality for the past seventeen years. In 2008, he abducted a four-year-old girl from the Wadi area of Nagpur, sexually assaulted her, murdered her, and disfigured her face to conceal her identity. In 2010, the Nagpur Sessions Court convicted him and sentenced him to death. In November 2017, the Supreme Court upheld his conviction and sentence, but last year, in 2025, that very same Supreme Court set aside its own earlier order and sent the matter back for fresh sentencing, because the honourable judges apparently want to conduct a psychological evaluation of the accused and consider sympathetic circumstances before awarding the death penalty! SEVENTEEN years have passed since a 4 year old child was r@ped and murdered, yet Vasant Dupare is alive and well, living it up in jail at the taxpayer’s expense. The same will happen with this Bhimaji Kamble. Instead, I request the Maharashtra government to hand Kamble over to the mob. The Maharashtra Police are well accustomed to it anyway, handing people over to mobs. In the Palghar massacre, the police literally held the hands of those innocent Hindu sadhus and delivered them to a violent mob. But nothing of that sort will happen with this despicable monster. He will be kept alive at the taxpayer’s cost, and two years from now, when everyone has forgotten everything, our great judiciary will ensure that he will walk out on bail and take the life of another innocent girl. So allegedly, this is the face of the 65 year old monster Bhimrao Kamble, who r@ped an innocent 4 year old and stoned her to death after that in Nasrapur, near Pune. The shocking thing is, he is a repeat offender. He was jailed earlier for r@pe of a minor, but the great Indian judiciary let him out on bail! This guy does NOT deserve to live. He should be either encountered or handed over to the mob. Fast track courts in this country are a joke! And even if the lower courts do sentence him to death, by the time the case goes to the great Supreme Court, it will be 20 years at least, by which time, he will be kept alive at the taxpayer’s expense! This monster deserves to be bobbitised and left bleeding to death!
