Really disappointed with @zomatocare today. My order delivery time has been changed multiple times (8:32 → 8:35 → 8:40 → 8:54) and support keeps giving repetitive updates without any proper resolution. This is extremely frustrating customer service.

Dear @TataMotors your car is awesome but your service centre Staff lacks motivation, work pace slow. Urgent need for professionalism, activity. First service takes 4-5 hours, even with few customers. Unacceptable inefficiency, must be promptly addressed for optimal service.
However I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional quality of your cars, which I believe are the best in the world but unfortunately iam facing this technical errors in my car brand new car only 6 months old
Dear @TataMotors there have been a problem where all the warning lights would inexplicably appear simultaneously in the display, there have been a problem where the back camera would remain displayed even after shifting gears or locking the car. Iam tired of These kind of issues
