Yesterday, I was on Capitol Hill with Congressional representatives, Justice Department officials, and policy experts discussing the Islamic genocide of Christians in Nigeria. That same week on Capitol Hill, Congress hosted the 11th Annual Muslim Advocacy Day, with Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas-linked groups like CAIR leading the way. We are not a serious nation.

.@CAIRNational is a designated terror organization in Florida for a reason. One of its founding board members was sentenced to 65 years in prison for supporting terrorist groups, and the FBI recently cut off contact with the organization over links to Hamas. Yesterday, they were on Capitol Hill pitching lawmakers on their agenda like any other nonprofit. Enough is enough. I have a bill to strip their tax exempt status. Congress should pass it IMMEDIATELY. America fights terrorists, we do not fund them.

A short while ago, in full coordination with the local community of Debel in southern Lebanon, the damaged statue was replaced by IDF troops. The Northern Command worked to coordinate the replacement of the statue from the moment it received the report of the incident. The IDF expresses deep regret over the incident, and is working to ensure that it does not happen again in the future.
