While we understand that the platform may need to conduct reviews and implement risk control measures, what users need most is clear information and timely communication. Woke up to yet another notification related to someone with nearly $600,000 stuck. No solution for any of these people yet. It’s Monday now, first working day of the week, maybe this is why, sort it out. @BitMartExchange

Damn, @BitMartExchange, this is not an “orderly wind-down.” You are trapping users behind frozen withdrawals, cancelled transactions, missing TXIDs and dead support while publicly pretending their money remains accessible. What the fuck is orderly about shutting down while people are begging you to return their own funds? Your July 26 notice claims withdrawals “remain available.” The same notice says you may hold them for KYC, device and IP checks, wallet screening, trading history, source-of-funds reviews, sanctions checks and additional documents. You provide no maximum processing time and explicitly admit that submitting a withdrawal does not mean the assets have even been broadcast onchain. Trading ends August 26. The platform closes January 31, 2027. Only 58 wallets withdrawing roughly $805,000 in more than 24 hours, including an 8-hour period with zero processed withdrawals. No BTC, stablecoin or altcoin withdrawals above $25,000 during its 24-hour observation window. Users separately reported completed emails without a TXID, onchain withdrawal freezes and test withdrawals remaining pending. A coalition says 27 users have more than $3.7 million trapped, including one account with $700,000. They allege that USDG withdrawal networks were suspended while USDG and PYUSD trading exits were unavailable, leaving users unable to withdraw or convert. These are user claims, but they are specific, documented and deserve a direct public answer, not another dead support ticket. Your Global CEO says he was fired on July 24, just 2 days before the shutdown announcement, and had no involvement in the decision. None of this alone proves insolvency. It proves that your pathetic “withdrawals remain available” line is nowhere near sufficient. Publish verifiable reserves and liabilities, the number and value of pending withdrawals, daily processing volumes, rejection reasons and a binding timetable for returning every user’s assets. Users are not voluntary creditors financing your exit. Remember @ all; A CEX functions like a bank: it controls the assets, the private ledger and the exit. Your balance is only real when the exchange permits it to leave. @BitMartExchange is demonstrating that ugly fact in real time.
