@GuluVarsity A criminal case was opened reading Criminal Trespass and I was locked up at Gulu police station for a day. My freedom taken away The security guards had their temper out of had. No explanation was welcomed only bullies and the need to show upper hand. @Makerere

@GuluVarsity @DrOtileUg @BusitemaUni @ug_lawsociety The dream was shuttered when the one deputy security declared this activity illegal and unauthorized. To my knowledge unless proved to the contrary a public University is accessible with ID.
