اسلام علیکم۔ محترم احسان بھٹہ صاحب آپکے اپنے ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے ٹیوٹا ملازمین پچھلے تین سالوں سے شدید ذہنی دباؤ کا شکار ہیں، اگر آپ اپنے ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے ملازمین کی معاشی حالت بہتر کرنے کی دل سے کوشش کریں تو ہمیں بھی باقی سبکیطرح 25 فیصد 2021 اور 15 فیصد 2022 ڈسپیرٹی الاؤنس مل سکتا ہے۔

@EhsanBhuttaPK @DTS_Punjab سر امید کیجاتی ھے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے فضل سے TEVTA کو بھی ایک مثالی ڈیپارٹمنٹ بنائے گئے جسمیں ریگولر کورسز کی ٹریننگ نیشنل و انٹرنیشنل اسٹنڈرڈز کے مطابق ، ٹیوٹا ملازمین کے لئے یکساں پروموشن پالیسی، و تنخواہیں اور ڈسپیرٹی الاؤنس وغیرہ جیسے مسائل کو حل کر پائے گئے انشاء اللہ

TEVTA employees are deprived from disparity allowance (25% & 15% of 2021 & 2022 respectively) whereas civil employees working in TEVTA are getting the same. Plz manage to resolve this issue. Thanks

However,for private students in the remaining 26 districts, 130 female &70 male vocational institutes 2 months courses in 29 trades w e.f 13th June to 13th August on fee basis.
