Happy Holi! Young Krishna worried to his mum, Radha, that pretty Gopikas may not play with the blue-skinned him. Radha gave him flower powder of many colours and said “Go play with these with them and show them we are all multicoloured!” Krishna wasn’t feeling so blue anymore!

Did you get a holiday on account of the festival of Holi? Yes? No?? Who decides it? the HR team?? This is yet another place where @IntuitIN showcases an "employee-first" culture. The holiday calendar is decided collectively by all the employees by voting for when they want the holidays for a given year. There is a fixed number of holidays to decide on. Out of that, some are mandatory like national holidays. For the rest of them, employees of each location vote and make the decision. Just another example of how small thoughtful efforts and processes can add up to create a great culture.
