@bradmillscan Are you planning to build your own Hevy app for this, or do you prefer using an established platform?

Imagine you had a personal fitness coach that told you what to eat & what exercises to do in order to gain the most amount of muscle, be shredded & feel your best. Imagine your coach modified the plan for you based on your changing goals, any injuries you might have or schedule snags. OpenClaw is now my 1 on 1 Fitness Coach, and it just created a custom workout for me using @HevyApp & wikis to track everything. Here's how I got this working. 1) Expert Obsidian Brain I installed a karpathy style wiki building skill (llm-wiki.net) with Claude Code CLI, instructed opus 4.7 to scrape every Dr Mike Isratel video from YouTube and construct an obsidian compatible wiki brain. 2) Body Wiki I took all of my apple health data, whoop data, Fitbit data, weightlifting logs and my medical records + a daily check-in message thread with my fitness coach and I told Opus 4.7 to build me another obsidian compatible wiki that was the definitive source for my body, my fitness journey, my current struggles & historical injuries. 3) The Interview I told Claude to write an interview questionnaire for me to record a stream of consciousness voice-note to close any gaps in the wiki. -My muscle-building and fat loss goals, habits, preferences, whatever history wasn't clear, current limitations etc. -I recorded an hour long audio response to the interview questions. -apple voice notes > copy transcript > paste into md file in the wiki inbox -Claude ingested it into the Wiki and built a live health & fitness dashboard. 4) The App I sent a voice note to my OpenClaw powered by GPT 5.5 with what I wanted to achieve ... I wanted a way to have openclaw be able to read my body wiki, then using the DrMike-Brain wiki to construct a workout plan that maximized muscle growth while minimizing risk of injury. -I told him I wanted those workouts to be put into a workout app that I could use to log my workouts. -The agent chose Hevy because it has a lot of great features & has an API. 5) The Coaching System Claude Code built the wikis out on my Macbook, OpenClaw on the Mac Studio can read & contribute to the wikis because they are stored on iCloud drive. -OpenClaw plans a mesocycle based on Resistance Periodization best practices + my personal situation & goals in the dashboard file of the wiki (plus other context in the wiki when needed). -After each workout, OpenClaw pulls the data and integrates it into the wiki -I leave notes in the session notes field or I send a voice note about any problems I had with the workout. -OpenClaw updates the body wiki with anything new or relevant and modifies the plan mid-week if there's an injury or scheduling problem, otherwise it does a once a week review. If all good, the mesocycle stays unchanged. -The workout plan goes through an adversarial review to get them to a 10/10 for hitting my muscle gain / fat loss goals & minimizing injury risk. -OpenClaw basically one-shotted the Hevy integration and added the workouts. Try it and let me know if it works for you! Why am I building this? I have an unlimited budget for my health & fitness. I have spent over $200,000 on trying to achieve my "Citadel Body" ... personalized 1-on-1 coaching, education, personal chef meal prep, executive health services, etc. I watched hundreds of hours of science-based fitness YouTubers during this process. I would rate this traditional system a 6/10. I'm creating a 10/10 system with OpenClaw & Claude Code. I got great results naturally but it's not what I'm looking for. (I don't even take creatine, half the time I wasn't even using protein powder. No vitamins, just food.) I was adding muscle using progressive overload + 6 days a week at the gym using a prescriptive meal plan & workout routine that I saw other people getting great results with. Heck, I got great results with it ... but I was injuring myself constantly on bulk phase. Go up on squats, hurt my back. Go up on bench press, tweak my AC joint, go up on leg press, hip pain. Tens of thousands of dollars spent on massage therapy, chiropractor, physiotherapy, personal training rehab, acupuncture, etc just to keep me going. My 1:1 coach was great, but the plan wasn't adapting to what I needed. I felt overwhelmed by the idea of creating my own plan, so I kept sinking money into coaching & personal training and meal prep. I did that for almost 2 years and then just decided in February to take a break from the rigid plan-following. My goal is not just adding muscle, I also want to learn gymnastics and calisthenics! I want to be able to do handstands. I want to be limber and have good conditioning for sports. (surfing, skiing, hockey etc) My weight-lifting coach wasn't modifying my weightlifting plan to take into account the extra workouts (learning calisthenics and gymnastics) and I think I was just overdoing it generally. When I started using OpenClaw the first thing I wanted to build was a custom fitness coach skill. Then I got trapped in the tech support hamster wheel ... keeping OpenClaw alive was taking 80% of my time...I was skipping the gym, eating poorly. It took over my life. Now I'm back to a normal routine, and the models are better and OC harness is better ... I can actually build. So I created a telegram topic where my agent is my Fitness Coach. @Sene1337 *just* built me a custom workout plan for me and loaded it into a workout app 🦾 I'm about to hit the gym with it and will report back how things work out. I'm pretty pumped to actually be using this tech for something useful in my life.

@bradmillscan @grok @PeterMcCormack He would most likely sell for tax loss, pay dividends, buy back on new STRC sales. Seems like he's angled against the shorts free lunch + positioning for better credit ratings and S&P inclusion. I'm optimistic.

Hey @grok didn't Saylor say last year that Saylor wanted the street to know he was long-only forever so they could understand and take high confidence longs/shorts & build ETFs & other financial wrappers around the company? Didn't he say last week on @PeterMcCormack's show that the deferred tax treatment of STRC dividends was because Strategy was long-only and never sold bitcoin? Help me understand the change? I haven't paid a lot of attention to the markets in the last year. I own a lot of MSTR and have been considering STRC for income. Can you please make this make sense to me and let me know if it's contradictory or if it's an evolved strategy? If Saylor starts selling BTC, how can the 3X inverse short ETFs have confidence to keep their products alive? Isn't the main draw of the long-only strategy to be 100% clear to the street about the business model, which in return builds volume & liquidity in Strategy's products? Maybe did they achieve enough volume & liquidity that they feel now they can tweak the model and make it more complex? Or did something else change with regulatory stance, etc?

Anyone promising 50–100% yearly returns selling options is lying. The real number is 1–2% a month if you want to stay in high probability trades. That means operating in the 90% win rate zone, selling puts far enough below the stock price where math is on your side. What that looks like: $10k account → $100–$200/month $50k account → $500–$1k/month $100k account → $1k–$2k/month $500k account → $5k–$10k/month This isn’t a get rich quick strategy. It’s a win by mathematics strategy. 📈

@NeilJacobs @grok Right now cc companies backstop the poorest of Americans and still have plenty of margin for defaults. Move it to 10% and now the gov can act as the backstop. He won't let the economy slow down. Just inject more cash and build up the voter base.

@dnkishor @vladtenev This. I just set up 2 accounts on Ally because there's no custodial on RH. I couldn't wait any longer, but would happily switch. Fractional stock purchases is a big deal when trying to get your kids involved in stock picking/management.

@_Adrian @werkman My guess: green dots (a green spec, really) would be green fiat paid out on the preferreds. It helps to track the confidence in their payments + compare the size of the payments to their BTC acquisitions.

$MSTR: WHAT DO THE GREEN DOTS MEAN? A few thoughts after comparing notes with @werkman 1. Share Buyback - Not likely, timing would seem odd for either when they likely had to use common stock ATM for the $STRC dividend last week. Share Issuances with share buybacks is an odd narrative pairing. 2. Highlighting Preferred only buys would also be unlikely given they've been buying exclusively via the prefs for weeks already. 3. HOT TAKE: $BTC Acquisitions via Derivatives.

@DegenStacker @SteaknShake That's actually an incredible marketing idea. Ask customers if they'd prefer their fiat burger to get 1% smaller or 1% more expensive each month. Track the fiat burger over time.

$STRC is the perfect collateral for options trading. Cash yields 0–5% depending on your brokerage. STRC pays ~9%. Pair it with selling $MSTR options and you’re getting paid twice: -9% base -Premium income Stop parking capital. Start stacking yield.

Everyone takes profits at the “top” and rotates into $STRC and $STRF — because where else are you getting 8–9% on cash? $MSTR hits the ATM and buys back the Bitcoin they just sold. Winter is over.

I backtested selling 30 DTE, 10 delta covered call on $SPY but I have to simulate owning 100 shares of it by doing a synthetic long (buying an ATM call and selling an ATM put). The results are unexpectedly good. 43.71% CAGR which is way higher than SPY's 12.51% with lower drawdown (-12.64% vs -19% for the SPY) This is based on 1-yr backtesting. Not financial advice.

Don't blindly follow what Option Trading Gurus tell you. BACKTEST it to see if it works. I read this on X yesterday: "Sell 10 delta put. Rinse and repeat." So I backtested it for you so you don't have to. 1-year backtesting on $SPY shows that you're actually better of just buying the ETF vs selling a 10 delta put on it. What other strategies do you want me to backtest?
