It's been 7 months since we had our baby and we're still receiving unexplained hospital bills in the mail. Hardly ever an adequate description of services. Just a QR code to pay online. It feels intentionally confusing and difficult to get answers. We want price transparency.

None of this precludes the First Lady from sharing her distaste of Kimmel and opinion that he should be fired. When that translates to govt pressure that's a different conversation. But she, and the President, can say whatever they want.

@charlescwcooke The difference between the Bulwark and the Dispatch I think is this: The Dispatch treats Trump as a bad president who should be opposed when appropriate. The Bulwark treats him as the Satan of a Catholic Baptism, where you're morally bound to reject all his works and promises.

This is so stupid. "Palestinian" only became an identity in response to Jewish presence on the land. The partition of Pakistan-India required displacing 14 million people and killing 1 million. Yet, no one cries about Pakistan being illegitimate. People just moved on.
