@TfL Your payment system is not working for the last 15 minutes. Can you please fix it, it's throwing embarrassing 503 errors from Visa network.. Also, I could help professionally if you were unable to fix it.

@TfL I was referring the PCN payments. I've been trying for a few hours now.. Still no progress and keeps giving 503 errors on Visa 3d Secure verifications..
