Isn't it... $200k AND 200k downloads? So if your game is free installed 2mil times, you pay nothing. Alternatively.. if your game gets 2mil installs and you have IAP.. you would probably want to artificially cap your IAP revenue at $199.999.99 for 12 months to keep any of your revenue. (or switch to Pro, and then cap your IAP revenue at $999,999.99 🙃🙃)
