@teagasc involvement with the Dublin Declaration should be a source of embarrassment to Irish Govt, but if IRL’s agrifood strategies tell us anything it’s that our Govt sees no issue with policy being dictated by powerful industry interests

Interesting read. Worth noting that there's been a 73% reduction since 1961 & a 14% reduction since 2010 of vegetable growing in Ireland, leading to a vulnerable food security position.
